 Spoon’s
critically acclaimed seventh album “Transference” has
debuted at # 4 on the American Billboard Top 200, making
it the bands highest entry to date. Spoon’s previous
full length “Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga” debuted at # 10 in 2007.
The album received widespread critical acclaim by the
European press. According to Q Magazine “Transference
proves that Spoon are one of America’s finest bands”.
Germany’s main music publication Visions named the album
their “definitive breakthrough album”, while Dutch
quality daily Volkskrant described the album as
“magical”.
Spoon will be touring the UK, Netherlands and Germany
